1. Shipping Service Introduction
We use Registered Air Mail as our default shipping method. Maximum parcel weight is 2kg. All shipments feature full online tracking, stable customs clearance, and wide global coverage, providing a cost-effective solution for lightweight international orders.
Below are the 100 most stable delivery countries with the highest shipment volume from China. Remote countries not listed below are not supported by registered air mail due to high risks of delay, loss, or return. Please contact support for private courier options if your destination is not included.

3. New EU Tax Rules (Effective July 2026)
Starting July 2026, new EU import tax regulations take effect. All import taxes are calculated based on product value + international shipping cost + insurance cost (local domestic delivery fees are excluded).
1. Order value ≤ €150 (IOSS eligible)
A fixed €3 import customs duty will be applied. This €3 duty is included in the VAT tax base. All taxes are pre-charged during checkout, so customers will not receive additional fees upon delivery.
2. Order value > €150 (Non-IOSS)
The fixed €3 duty no longer applies. Standard tariff rates based on HS codes will be charged. All orders over €150 are shipped under DDU terms. Customers are responsible for paying local customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees before delivery.
Note: The €150 threshold is calculated based solely on product value. Shipping and insurance fees are excluded from threshold judgment but included in tax calculation.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are working days and do not include holidays, customs inspections, postal strikes, or other force majeure delays.

2. Eastern Europe, Middle East, Central Asia: 15–35 working days
3. South America, Africa, Remote Oceania: 25–45 working days
Tracking information will be available online within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
5. Special Countries (Private Courier Only)
The following countries are not supported by registered air mail due to unstable local postal services. Only private courier delivery is available:
Andorra, Liechtenstein, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Yemen, Benin, Togo, Mauritius, Botswana, Bolivia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Honduras, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Samoa
6. Undeliverable Regions
We do not ship to high-risk or war-affected regions, including Afghanistan, Somalia, Syria, North Korea, and Iran. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan are not applicable for international mail services.
7. After-Sales Policy
1. Full tracking is provided for all registered parcels. If logistics status is suspended for more than 45 working days, you may contact our support team for investigation and after-sales assistance.
2. Import duties and taxes are legally charged by local customs authorities. We only pre-estimate and collect taxes; any tax differences are non-refundable.
3. Any losses or return fees caused by customer refusal, non-payment of taxes, or unsuccessful delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Delays or parcel exceptions caused by customs inspections, postal anomalies, natural disasters, or force majeure events are not eligible for compensation.
