1. Product Overview

Model ZQ-02-3 is a small-orifice acid and alkali resistant micro Hall water flow sensor. Its housing is made of PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) with superior corrosion resistance. Designed for trace liquid flow detection ranging from 0.3 to 8 L/min, it delivers accurate flow measurement via Hall pulse signal output. Compact and easy to install, it serves as a dedicated flowmeter for small water circuits and micro fluid monitoring.

2. Core Electrical Parameters

  1. Wide operating voltage range DC 3.5~20V. At 5V working voltage, the maximum operating current is only 15mA with load current ≤10mA, featuring low power consumption compatible with single-chip microcomputers and controllers.
  2. Under 5V power supply, the high pulse level exceeds 4.5V while the low pulse level is below 0.5V. Standard digital level signals can be directly read by main control IO ports.
  3. Pulse conversion standard: 3300 pulses per liter of liquid with a measurement error of ±5%, ensuring stable and reliable measuring precision.

3. Environmental & Pressure Resistance Performance

  1. Maximum pressure resistance up to 1.75MPa, meeting pressure requirements of conventional small water circuits.
  2. Allowable medium temperature ≤80°C; operating ambient humidity: 35%~90%RH (frost-free environment).
  3. PVDF housing resists acids and alkalis against corrosion, suitable for detecting weak acid & weak alkaline liquids, purified water, micro chemical solutions and other non-strong oxidizing fluids.

4. Flow Specifications & Application Advantages

  1. The small-orifice measuring range of 0.3~8 L/min is specially developed for micro and low-flow water paths, eliminating the low-flow blind zone of large-orifice flow sensors.
  2. Non-contact Hall detection structure causes no internal mechanical wear, featuring long service life and low operating noise.
  3. Barb hose connectors on both ends with 3-wire pulse output for simple installation and wiring. Widely applied in water purifiers, laboratory micro fluid equipment, small circulating water systems, miniature medical water delivery devices, small chemical micro conveying equipment and other scenarios.

5. Precautions for Use

Install horizontally to guarantee pulse measurement accuracy. Avoid contact with strong oxidants and highly concentrated strongly corrosive liquids. Prevent frost and condensed water in working environments; do not let liquid above 80°C pass through for long-term operation.
